This was the first time I splurged on nail acrylic art, and it was SO WORTH IT!!! Got these nails done for my birthday and they lasted a full month. I showed then a reference picture from the internet and they made it exactly the way I wanted. I couldn’t recommend their salon more. Thank you so much for this special treat!

Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,QualityWe made an appointment for 5 people. They only got 4 of us in on time and they made the last person in our group wait an hour. I brought it up to the receptionist, asking for a discount or any sort of compensation just for that individual because of the hour wait. They refused and said it wasn’t a full hour. We were done with most of our nails by the time they even started on our fifth person. In addition, the work was horrible on a different persons nails in our group. The receptionist ended up doing hers and I have included photos to show the unprofessional work that was done. I do not recommend this place. We made an appointment for 5 people. They only got 4 of us in on time and they made the last person in our group wait an hour. I brought it up to the receptionist, asking for a discount or any sort of compensation just for that individual because of the hour wait. They refused and said it wasn’t a full hour. I’ve been going to sky nails for about 5 years now and I cant say enough good things about it. Always do an amazing job and pricing is definitely fair. They can definitely do amazing nail designs and have endless colors. So I went here and the first set of nails were bad and extremely messy and I requested them to be redone,which they did but I had to pay extra on top of it for them to be fixed. Not to mention I left with polish all over the place my hands, fingers etc. So now it’s been 2 days since I got them done and the top coat on my nails is peeling off. Also the toe nails they did the polish is already coming off as well. This is the worst service and product I’ve ever received from a nail Salon. I will not be going back!

I had my nails done a week ago (shellac) I was happy with it, until 4 days later when my polish started to peel off. I’ve never had shellac peel off before. I then contacted them via Facebook and told them about it , they said to come in and they would fix it free of charge so I did just that. I dealt with the owner who was extremely rude to me and then kept speaking about me in Vietnamese , that was very obvious. People that were in the salon were looking over and seemed shocked by the way I was being treated. Sadly I will not be back I really don’t appreciate the way I was treated, it was very unprofessional , especially coming from the owner.
